The Integra is Acura's entry-level model and is offered as a sporty coupe or sedan. The base models Acura (LS and GS) are available with a 1.8L 140 horsepower engine and are offered with a 4 speed automatic or a 5 speed manual transmission. The Acura GS-R and Type R are equipped with a 1.8L VTEC engine that produce 170 and 195 horsepower respectively. The Acura GS-R and Type R models are available only with a 5 speed manual transmission. The Acura 3.2 CL is designed to be a sporty, but luxury oriented coupe. In its standard form, it is available with a Acura 3.2L VTEC V6 that produces 225 horsepower. The Acura Type S version shares the same engine but produces 260 horsepower. Both models are available only with a 5 speed automatic transmission.
